The founders, Kimberly Palmieri and E Douglas Palmieri, established Essentials Consulting to meet the needs of small to mid-size organizations where there is a need for tier 1 consulting services delivered by an organization that prefers to focus on this segment of the market. Our core values include a customer-focused approach to build long lasting relationships with our clients and to serve them as if we are a part of their business…because we are.

With over 20 years of management and systems consulting experience, Doug is a highly successful consulting professional providing leadership and commitment to client service and delivery with an extensive track record of proven customer-driven solutions to a wide range of companies and industries. Doug's prior industry experience uniquely prepared him for a career in professional services, obtaining the functional and technical skills needed to be highly effective in a broad range of project and organizational roles. As the COO and Founder of Essentials Consulting, Doug provides vision, leadership, and passion to effectively direct, manage, and grow the company, and to relentlessly ensure we remain true to our customer-focused values.

 

Kimberly A. Palmieri
President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Kimberly brings over 10 years of HR and Management experience, providing her the knowledge and capability to deliver critical functions in support of the day-to-day operations of Essentials Consulting in support of our consultants and clients by overseeing client / employee / subs contract management, invoicing, company finances, payroll and benefits administration. In addition, Kimberly plays a key role in the recruiting and assessment of potential consultants to meet our client needs by employing a consistent base of recruiting talent built over years of relationship and partnering experience.

 

James Wiesen
Account Manager, Sr. Project Manager

Multi-faceted, efficient and detail-oriented senior business analyst with over 18 years’ experience across multiple industries. Two additional years’ experience as a business intelligence developer / administrator. All phases of Web Site Development including design, coding, testing and implementation. An Account Executive for a leading east coast healthcare insurance company. Able to deliver projects on time utilizing a unique combination of flexibility, analytical skill and creativity.

With more than 25 years of experience serving the clients of both big 5 global and small boutique consulting firms, Michelle is recognized as a leader in the design, development and delivery of enterprise solutions across many industries.  During her career, Michelle has served many roles from developer thru senior program / project manager, demonstrating both her technical and leadership capabilities with a broad range of clients in the consumer packaged goods, supply chain shipping and distribution, transportation, and manufacturing industries.
